Who you are

You are fluent in Dutch and English, with at least 1 year of external sales experience under your belt. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to manage your pipeline and navigate end-to-end sales cycles effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing your own time while driving results. You have a knack for building relationships and inspiring restaurant owners to join the Uber Eats platform. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the ability to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Desirable

You are familiar with the restaurant industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Your ability to provide insights on pipeline health and market trends will be invaluable in this role. You are also comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities within the sales team, assisting with onboarding and training new team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on prospecting, approaching, and pitching Uber Eats’ value proposition to restaurant owners. You will conduct commercial negotiations with high-potential restaurants, ensuring sustainable economics and fostering strong long-term partnerships. Managing the full sales process from initial outreach to onboarding will be your responsibility, supporting restaurants until their first order and throughout their first month on the platform. You will also provide ongoing insights on pipeline health, sales performance, and partner needs, ensuring that you are always aligned with the strategic goals of the company.

You will leverage innovative tools and systems being launched internally to enhance your sales efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and that restaurant partners are set up for success. You will take on a leading role within the sales team, assisting with any necessary sales projects and contributing to the overall growth of Uber Eats in your market.
