Who you are

You have a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) and assessment, particularly in the context of globalization programs. Your experience includes designing and delivering structured onboarding and continuous learning programs for linguists and transcriptionists specializing in translation and transcription. You are adept at developing scalable training materials, including learning modules, style guides, and workflow documentation, ensuring they align with platform capabilities and client requirements.

You understand the importance of linguistic quality and operational scalability, and you are committed to maintaining high standards in training content. Your ability to partner with Localization, Quality, Product, and Operations teams ensures that training materials are regularly updated to reflect changes in tools, processes, and language quality expectations. You are skilled in tracking training completion and effectiveness using defined success metrics, which helps in continuously improving the training process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain linguist onboarding assessments, including translation tests and transcription accuracy tests. You will be responsible for ensuring that linguists and transcriptionists meet defined quality standards before they participate in production work. Your work will directly impact the quality of services provided on the platform, as you will ensure that all training content is relevant and effective.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the training content aligns with evolving linguistic quality standards and client requirements. Regular updates to training materials will be part of your responsibilities, as you will need to reflect changes in tools and processes. You will also track the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics to assess completion rates and overall impact on performance.
