Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to lead payroll implementations effectively. Your experience in payroll and project management equips you to handle complex cross-functional initiatives. You excel in customer service and have a knack for building relationships with key internal partners across various regions. Your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll processes in EMEA, APAC, and LatAm makes you a valuable asset to the team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all payroll documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation of new payroll entities and manage transitions of operational activities to the Payroll Operations Team. You will oversee payroll vendor transitions and drive internal and external payroll projects that align with business needs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining payroll documentation and updating employee-facing knowledge bases. You will act as a key liaison between various teams, ensuring that payroll processes support Uber's international business expansion. Your leadership will be crucial in executing payroll controls and completing cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency.
