What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and design of Uber's global commercial systems, focusing on enhancing the core platform's capabilities. You will partner with various teams to redesign account hierarchies and segmentation across global accounts, ensuring that the platform can efficiently support business growth. Your responsibilities will include expanding Salesforce capabilities into new markets, improving lead-to-cash workflows, and automating contract processes.

You will also be responsible for establishing robust data governance across core CRM objects and integrating planning and quota tools into the platform ecosystem. Your role will require you to define the architecture and sequencing for the next generation of CRM evolution, ensuring that all initiatives align with long-term business goals.
