You have over 10 years of experience in engineering operations, with a proven track record of leading teams through transformative changes in technology and processes. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices has enabled you to drive efficiency and innovation in previous roles, ensuring that engineering teams can deliver high-quality products effectively.
You are well-versed in cloud technologies and have experience implementing scalable solutions that enhance operational capabilities. Your understanding of AI integration allows you to strategically leverage artificial intelligence to improve workflows and customer experiences. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary driver of Alma's engineering transformation, orchestrating the adoption of industry-proven practices such as Lean and Dual-Track Agile. You will lead the integration of AI across workflows, enhancing speed, quality, and consistency in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include building a robust platform that accelerates the delivery of value to customers, ensuring that the engineering and product teams are aligned and focused on achieving strategic objectives.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product managers and engineering leads, to define success metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
