You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop advanced financial models and business cases for priority investments. Your experience in leading strategic programs and special projects demonstrates your capability to handle critical initiatives that require collaboration across various teams. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating it into clear direction for your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create and maintain the teamβs strategy of record, connecting business and technology to define long-term strategic priorities. You will drive the narrative for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews, developing presentations for executive leadership that effectively communicate the strategic direction of AV Support. You will lead or contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives that are critical to the growth of AV Support and CommOps, ensuring that all programs align with the overall business strategy.
You will act as a chief of staff, providing strategic support to leadership and ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders across CommOps, Ops, and Product to ensure strategic coherence as the business grows in size and complexity. You will be responsible for translating complex information into actionable insights that guide decision-making and drive the success of the AV Support strategy.
