Tegus is hiring a Lead, Strategy and Operations to oversee forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives for the Customer and Compliance Operations departments. You are a highly analytical and self-driven professional with a strong background in strategy and operations. You have experience in forecasting and planning, and you understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that communication flows smoothly across departments. You are strategic in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.

You have a proven track record of supporting medium and long-term project initiatives, and you thrive in roles where you can be a key business partner for leadership. Your ability to present insights to executive teams demonstrates your strong communication skills and your capacity to influence decision-making at the highest levels. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including Operations, Go-To-Market, Enablement, Ops Systems, Product, and Finance teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Operating Model and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and scalability for Tegus's call services. You will support the Customer and Compliance Operations departments by developing account strategies and goaling and incentives that align with the company's objectives. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you support data-driven decision-making for management teams, ensuring that insights are actionable and impactful.

You will partner closely with Operations Leadership to drive productivity and effectiveness across client-facing teams. Your role will involve presenting insights and recommendations to executive teams, helping to shape the strategic direction of the organization. You will also be instrumental in establishing processes that enable Tegus to scale its services to more clients, ensuring that content growth is aligned with operational capabilities.
