You have over 10 years of industry experience developing machine learning models and shipping ML solutions to production β your expertise spans both classical and deep learning methodologies, allowing you to tackle complex problems effectively. You hold a Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, which has equipped you with a strong foundation in algorithmic knowledge and statistical analysis. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you have a proven track record of applying machine learning and statistical techniques to real-world challenges.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, data science, and engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps and problem formulations. Your ability to mentor and uplift machine learning engineers within the organization is a key aspect of your leadership style, as you believe in fostering talent and driving innovation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including the design, implementation, and rollout of machine learning model pipelines and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize solutions at scale, ensuring they meet the high standards of Uber's Account Integrity team. Your work will directly impact the user experience by enhancing identity verification processes and preventing fraud, which is crucial in today's AI-driven landscape.
