You have 6+ years of experience in data analysis-focused roles, such as Product Analyst or Senior Data Analyst, and have a strong background in managing teams of data scientists or analysts. Your academic foundation in quantitative fields like Math, Economics, or Computer Science equips you with the skills to refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses about products. You possess advanced expertise in SQL and are proficient in using Python or R for data analysis, enabling you to guide your team effectively.
What you'll do
As a Science Manager at Uber, you will lead a team of scientists, guiding them through the execution of their work on the Merchant team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on the product roadmap, ensuring that your team's efforts align with the company's goals.
