Uber is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator for Global Accounts to manage post-sales relationships with Enterprise restaurant partners. You'll focus on driving retention and growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires strong relationship-building and portfolio management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in managing high-value accounts. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is exceptional, and you understand the importance of driving measurable outcomes for your partners. You possess strong commercial judgment and are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

You are a proactive problem solver who can identify upsell opportunities and recommend new product features that align with partner needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to act as the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback into actionable insights. You have a deep understanding of the restaurant partner landscape and can navigate complex partner organizations with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own post-sales partner management for a portfolio of Enterprise restaurant partners, focusing on building strong relationships that drive revenue growth and product adoption. You will work closely with partners to improve their performance on the Uber Eats platform, identifying growth opportunities and advocating for their needs within Uber. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing growth initiatives in collaboration with restaurant partners and cross-functional teams at Uber. You will also be responsible for ensuring that partners succeed on the platform, which is critical for retention and long-term success.
