Who you are

You have 1-3 years of professional experience in a commercial or analytical role, demonstrating your ability to make data-led decisions and apply sound business judgment. Your strong analytical skills and business sense enable you to identify opportunities for growth and retention within the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurant segment.

You are confident in your ability to achieve business targets and deliver on quotas, showcasing your accountability and commitment to driving mutual business value for both Uber Eats and its restaurant partners. Your communication skills allow you to effectively translate the needs of restaurant partners to internal stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead scalable growth strategies for the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurant segment, designing and executing initiatives that align with the specific needs of your territory. You will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets, upselling new product features, and ensuring high retention rates by driving mutual business value.

You will manage the budget for your segment, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness to meet revenue targets. Tracking and reporting on performance metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to communicate results to internal teams and stakeholders.

As the voice of the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurants, you will advocate for their needs within Uber, ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into business strategies and decisions. Your role will be critical in retaining a large account base and ensuring that partners are successful on the Uber Eats platform.
