What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the regional efforts to scale Uber Moto supply across various markets, including Colombia and other ACAC territories. You will proactively identify bottlenecks in earner growth and prioritize initiatives that align with long-term strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing complex projects, defining clear timelines and deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to operationalize processes. You will analyze data to identify key growth levers and optimize incentive structures to drive adoption. You will balance aggressive acquisition strategies with sustainable growth practices, ensuring a robust earner ecosystem. Your role will also involve engaging with local and central operations teams to align on strategic priorities and drive execution.
