You have a strong background in operations management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with teams across Product, Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey strategic priorities to senior leadership effectively.

You thrive in dynamic environments where you can solve operational problems creatively. You have a proven track record of improving partnership health and scalability through innovative solutions. Your experience with partnership performance analytics enables you to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps quickly. You are comfortable preparing executive-level reports and narratives that highlight performance trends and strategic priorities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the performance and analytics of 3P distribution partnerships, starting with Instacart. You will analyze partnership performance to identify growth opportunities and operational risks, translating your findings into clear insights and recommendations. You will partner cross-functionally to design and implement operational solutions that enhance partnership health and business outcomes. Your role will involve preparing materials for senior leadership, ensuring they are well-informed about partnership health and performance trends.

You will also be responsible for tracking partnership performance metrics and identifying insights that shape the future growth strategy of Uber Eats. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership will be crucial as you prepare reports and presentations that highlight key performance indicators and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and drive initiatives from insight to execution.
