What you'll do
In this role, you will program manage the execution of strategic initiatives across various teams to deliver a best-in-class self-serve experience for Uber merchants. You will harness your analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders, shaping the overall strategy for merchant acquisition. Partnering with the product team, you will drive automation of the self-serve experience, ensuring that the voice of the customer is represented in all initiatives. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing strategies that enhance onboarding and engagement, as well as collaborating with marketing to optimize performance marketing efforts.
