What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement within your area of ownership, focusing on growing supply and demand, enhancing the merchant experience, and optimizing delivery operations. You will take ownership of projects from inception to execution, ensuring that outcomes align with Uber's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and leading high-impact projects and experiments that drive growth and efficiency across the Marketplace vertical.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Product, Territory Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support, to execute key priorities and measure results. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and continuously iterating on strategies to improve operational performance. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, contributing to Uber's mission of revolutionizing instant delivery.
