You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in B2B environments, where you've successfully managed and optimized go-to-market strategies. What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and optimize Brex's B2B sales-led and channel-driven go-to-market engine. You will define and maintain the systems and processes that align marketing, sales development representatives (SDRs), sales, and partner teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current marketing operations and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with sales goals and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
