Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a program or product manager in a fast-moving environment β you understand the intricacies of operational excellence and possess good business acumen. Your technical product understanding allows you to derive deep insights and enable data-driven decision-making. You are curious about new problems that emerge with our evolving business and are willing to tackle them by rolling up your sleeves. Strong communication skills are essential for facilitating cross-functional and cross-cultural communication, making you an effective collaborator.
What you'll do
As a Driver Operations Manager, you will support the growth of our taxi and rideshare supply bases while improving driver engagement with Uberβs products and services. You will lead the implementation of new driver and fleet products and features, providing local business and operational insights to the regional and global teams to initiate product improvements. Your responsibilities will also include supporting daily operational tasks such as product set-up for new city launches and payment operations. You will derive analytical insights to drive taxi and rideshare supply growth and engagement improvements, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
