You are comfortable working with massive datasets and have a proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions in real-world scenarios. What you'll do
In this role, you will define the long-term science roadmap for Driver Pricing and Incentives, ensuring that your strategies are aligned with Uber's broader business objectives. You will design and lead the implementation of complex causal inference frameworks and large-scale A/B testing to measure the impact of pricing policies on driver behavior and marketplace dynamics. Your work will directly influence the economic models that underpin Uber's marketplace, requiring you to balance short-term growth with long-term sustainability.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to communicate your findings and recommendations, ensuring that your insights are actionable and aligned with company goals.
