You are a strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams — working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers is second nature to you. You understand the importance of user research and data-driven design, and you actively seek to incorporate user feedback into your design process.

Your design philosophy centers around creating scalable and elegant experiences — you think systematically about how to make products not only beautiful but also functional and user-friendly. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Uber, you will own design problems from initial concept through to shipping and beyond — your role will be pivotal in transforming Uber Eats into a platform that caters to a wider range of consumer needs. You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and UX researchers to define requirements and align product decisions with user needs and business goals.

You will partner with the UX research team to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, ensuring that your designs are grounded in real user insights. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes that address complex UX problems, facilitating design critiques, and participating in collaborative workshops to generate and validate ideas.

You will define success metrics for your designs and continuously measure their impact, identifying future opportunities for improvement. Your work will not only enhance the user experience but also contribute to the overall success of the Grocery & Retail team at Uber.
