What you'll do
In this role, you will define and maintain the product roadmap for the Legal Matter Management Platform in Salesforce, leveraging data-driven practices to prioritize features. You will own the execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives, ensuring timely outcomes that align with user needs. Leading a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with program managers, business analysts, solution architects, and Salesforce developers to achieve program goals. Your role will involve engaging with senior leaders across Legal, IT, and other teams to ensure that the product meets the complex, multi-regional needs of the organization. You will drive innovation by implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance user experience and strategic decision-making. Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
