Uber is hiring a Program Manager for their Delivery Commercial Operations team to oversee and optimize Merchant Onboarding processes. You'll be responsible for designing efficient processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, analysis, and documentation of Merchant Onboarding processes, focusing on improving efficiency and standardizing procedures. You will ensure that all processes align with the strategic objectives of the Delivery team and support the long-term goals of the commercial organization. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for enhancement, implementing best practices, and monitoring performance metrics to maintain operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Commercial teams to drive process improvements and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for merchants. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging industry best practices to optimize the onboarding lifecycle.
