You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the onboarding lifecycle from the commercial handover to operational readiness, ensuring that merchants are set up for success on the Adyen platform. You will design onboarding solutions that meet compliance standards while also maximizing commercial potential. Your responsibilities will include partnering with sales management and compliance teams to shape onboarding strategies for complex deals, as well as streamlining operational steps between commercial teams and onboarding to enhance the overall merchant experience. You will also be responsible for advising merchants on how to best utilize Adyen's product offerings, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to leverage the platform effectively. Your role will be pivotal in guiding merchants through the early stages of their onboarding journey, making sure they have a consistent and high-quality experience throughout the process.
