What you'll do
In this role, you will define the linguistic quality strategy and standards for localization projects, ensuring consistency across Uber's core products and content used for Machine Learning and AI applications. You will navigate vendor performance, managing external partners and freelancers from a growing Gig Marketplace to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of localized assets. You will also lead quality programs, solving systemic issues that lack a clear playbook, making your role vital to the user experience of millions.
