What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end operations for translation, transcription, and transliteration projects, ensuring that all services are delivered with high quality and efficiency. You will define and execute operational strategies that align with Uber AI Solutions' goals, focusing on scalability and cost-effectiveness. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
