Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in e-commerce or merchandising, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. Your background includes a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, allowing you to turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance the consumer journey.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams. Your ability to innovate and think strategically has been demonstrated through your previous work in developing and executing A/B tests that optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the global vision and roadmap for merchandising experiments, focusing on promotional ideas and merchant category-specific use cases. You will own the merchandising tech opportunities log, influencing technical planning and prioritization for the global roadmap. Your responsibilities will include driving the implementation and adoption of technical instructions for site publishing and merchandising tooling, ensuring a seamless experience across all digital platforms.
You will design and execute innovative A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, while also coordinating and triaging tooling issues to ensure flawless technical execution. Additionally, you will govern local market strategies for content selection and product pinning, ensuring global brand consistency. Regularly measuring platform health and reporting on performance against key metrics will be essential to your success in this role.
