Who you are
You have a strong background in ecommerce merchandising, with experience leading teams to achieve sales objectives. Your expertise in campaign planning and onsite merchandising excellence has driven successful outcomes in previous roles. You understand the importance of localization and regional execution in a global market, and you are adept at managing content operations to enhance user experience. You are a collaborative leader who values diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive team environment. You are comfortable working in a remote-first setting and have experience managing remote teams effectively. You are passionate about using data to inform merchandising strategies and drive customer engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global ecommerce merchandising strategy for Life360. You will lead campaign planning efforts, ensuring that all merchandising initiatives align with the company's direct-to-consumer sales objectives. You will manage a team focused on regional execution, content operations, and localization, ensuring that all markets receive tailored merchandising support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create cohesive and impactful merchandising strategies. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to refine and optimize merchandising efforts continually. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
