Who you are
You have a strong analytical background with experience in data-driven decision-making β you've successfully translated complex data into actionable strategies that influence business initiatives. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, allows you to guide prioritization and identify opportunities for improvement effectively.
You possess a strategic mindset and are comfortable working at the intersection of data and commercial execution β your experience in program planning and metric governance ensures that you can establish and standardize global onboarding metrics to maintain data quality. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the technical and business lead for the Onboarding Center of Excellence, partnering with data platform and engineering teams to design and maintain the Global Onboarding Data Single Source of Truth. You will establish, standardize, and formalize global onboarding metrics, ensuring consistent data quality and delivery across the organization.
You will leverage your analytical capabilities to develop scalable reporting and deliver executive-level insights that align with the CoE's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include guiding program planning and providing deep analytical support to influence regional and global initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including analytics teams, regional operations, and commercial teams, to drive improvements in the global onboarding process.
