What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the regional strategy and planning for the Sales Incentive Plan across LATAM. This involves partnering with Finance, Strategy & Planning, and Commercial Leadership to define toplines and validate methodologies. You will be responsible for setting variable compensation targets and tracking attainment for Restaurant Sellers and Account Managers. Your insights will help shape how commercial teams are motivated and rewarded, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while adapting them to local needs. You will own the end-to-end commercial planning process, from target setting through execution and performance tracking, acting as a trusted partner to the Commercial teams.
