Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of iOS engineering experience, particularly with Swift, and a strong understanding of user experience and performance optimization on mobile platforms. You are a self-starter who is eager to ship impactful features and improve user interactions. Your background includes experience designing and launching UX experiments or A/B tests, ideally in consumer mobile apps at scale. You are familiar with analytics instrumentation and funnel optimization techniques, which will help you measure the impact of your work effectively.
What you'll do
As an iOS engineer on the AM&D Mobility Experience team, you will build scalable and performant iOS features that enhance the autonomous vehicle rider experience. You will partner closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to improve key trip metrics such as opt-in rates and post-trip feedback. Your role will involve driving AV-centric UI/UX patterns that build trust and clarity for riders, ensuring that every interaction is smooth and informative. You will also be empowered to measure and optimize every interaction, using deep funnel instrumentation to iterate on product surfaces.
