What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical vision and architecture for Uber's global compute platform organization — your responsibilities will include defining and executing the roadmap that enhances scalability and performance. You will drive architectural decisions related to compute scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring high availability and reliability of the platform.

You will partner with product and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful cross-organizational initiatives, leveraging your expertise to guide the integration of new technologies into the platform. Mentoring and coaching engineers will be a key part of your role, helping to grow their technical depth and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
