What you'll do

Join Udemy and contribute to the development of an AI-powered skills acceleration platform that helps people and teams grow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement features that enhance the learning experience for over 80 million learners. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to ensure that the technical solutions align with user needs and business goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality and performance, ensuring that the platform remains reliable and scalable as it grows. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
