You are an experienced product manager with a strong background in law, holding a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree. You have a deep understanding of litigation workflows and how attorneys approach case strategy, which allows you to design user-centric products that truly meet the needs of legal professionals. Your passion for improving existing solutions drives you to innovate and deliver exceptional products that enhance the legal research experience. You have a proven track record of collaborating with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.

You thrive at the intersection of law and technology, bringing a unique perspective to product management. Your familiarity with search technologies, AI/ML, and natural language processing enables you to create adaptive, context-aware tools that anticipate the needs of attorneys. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the product vision.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the development of UniCourt's docket and case search offerings, leading a team to create next-generation AI-powered search tools for litigation. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the final product meets user needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, defining success metrics, and iterating on product features based on user feedback.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering high-quality products that empower legal professionals to conduct sophisticated litigation research. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements based on user engagement and market trends.
