What you'll do
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer at Unity, you will define and implement the technical vision for the Ads Dashboard, ensuring it aligns with key metrics and customer needs. You will lead the technical design for major initiatives, focusing on quality, scalability, and maintainability. Your role will involve building reusable and performant UI components to create a best-in-class no-code builder experience. You will also architect and maintain services that power real-time and batch analytics, ensuring that reliability, latency, and availability targets are met.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to define the product direction and ensure that engineering principles are upheld. Your contributions will help drive the success of Unity's Ads platform, and you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of game publishing solutions. You will be responsible for continuously improving the performance and reliability of the products you work on, making a significant impact on the gaming industry.
