Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a strong background in designing and deploying intelligent systems that leverage large language models. You are skilled in integrating complex data sources and workflows, and you thrive in environments that require innovative problem-solving and technical excellence.
Your expertise includes working with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel, and you are familiar with developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. You understand the importance of delivering contextual insights and have experience building conversational agents that provide real-world solutions.
You are a collaborative team player who can lead through ambiguity and align technical solutions with business objectives. Your ability to mentor teammates and foster a culture of continuous learning is a key asset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key contributor to modernizing Unity's core infrastructure, focusing on building backend systems for next-generation AI agents. You will design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate large language models with enterprise data, tools, and workflows. Your work will involve developing RAG applications using tools like Azure AI Search and vector databases to deliver contextual insights.
You will collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features, driving quality and performance through automated testing and data-driven evaluations. Your contributions will directly influence Unity's revenue growth by solving complex system challenges at scale. You will also mentor your teammates, contributing to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
