Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the gaming or technology sectors — you understand the nuances of developer needs and how to translate them into impactful product features. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data effectively, ensuring that the services you build resonate with developers and enhance their success.
You possess a deep understanding of live operations and player engagement strategies — you've successfully designed and implemented features that drive user engagement and monetization. By partnering with data and machine learning teams, you will help power groundbreaking personalization and engagement tools that enhance the overall developer experience.
Your role will also involve shaping Unity's overall data strategy — you will champion developer value and trust in all key decision-making processes, ensuring that the products you develop align with the company's mission to empower game developers globally.
