You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in trust and safety product development. Your expertise includes age assurance, parental controls, and navigating complex compliance requirements. You understand the balance between user friction and necessary protections, ensuring a safe space for all communities.
You are a strong collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams to solve problems and enhance user experiences. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Twitch, you will lead initiatives focused on onboarding and safety, making account management a strategic tool for platform growth. You will work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop features that protect users while enabling seamless access for millions of creators and viewers.
You will define and track success metrics for your initiatives, ensuring that user safety and community health are prioritized. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand friction points in the onboarding journey and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across teams on product vision and execution.
