Who you are
You have 8-12 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B2C environments — you've successfully launched and iterated on user-facing products in close partnership with R&D teams. Your proven track record includes leading or mentoring other product managers, showcasing your leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
You possess a deep familiarity with mobile and web trends, apps, and content — your strategic mindset is paired with strong execution skills, allowing you to see the big picture while driving toward measurable outcomes. Your analytical skills are demonstrated through your experience working on big-data products that serve millions of users, ensuring that you can make data-driven decisions effectively.
Your strong technical understanding enables you to communicate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders — you excel in managing complex projects and fostering a high-performing product culture. Excellent communication and organizational skills are your strengths, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with a seasoned product organization, including Product Managers, Content Managers, and Product Designers — your mentorship will elevate product thinking and help shape a high-performing product culture. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to surface needs, identify opportunities, and drive impactful product initiatives.
You will contribute to roadmap definition, strategic planning, and execution of key initiatives — stepping into hands-on product work when needed to move key efforts forward. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution will be crucial in ensuring the success of the products you manage.
