What you'll do

As a Staff Data Engineer at Upside, you will serve as a technical leader on the Analytics Engineering team. You will drive the design and implementation of foundational data products that power Upside’s most critical product and business use cases. Your role will involve leading cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to deliver complex data solutions. You will shape patterns and architecture across teams, ensuring that data work is of the highest quality and impact.
