What you'll do

As a Senior Designer at Upstart, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our Lifecycle initiatives. You will partner closely with the Product and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design impactful solutions that enhance user engagement and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall design strategy, helping to establish best practices and guidelines that elevate the quality of our work. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
