Your experience managing databases and server-side architecture equips you to support functionality effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that drive business growth at Upstox. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to define and implement solutions that enhance user experience. Your focus will be on ensuring high performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications, which are critical to our users' financial journeys.

You will manage databases and server-side architecture, ensuring that they support the functionality required by our applications. Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will participating in code reviews to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
