You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have experience supporting critical services like Jira and Confluence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions that encompass everything from endpoint engineering to systems engineering. You will ensure compliance and security while driving seamless processes across the organization. Your work will involve integrating artificial intelligence into IT workflows, which will help enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

You will also play a key role in designing and implementing centralized identity management and controls, aligning with best practices in security and compliance. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of Upwork's Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team, enabling the organization to support a diverse range of clients effectively.
