What you'll do

As a Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to professionally clean vacation home properties, ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for guests. You will work independently and as part of a team, adapting to the fluctuating schedule based on business needs. Your role will involve cleaning various areas of the homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will also participate in paid training and required meetings to ensure you are well-prepared for your duties.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a competitive piece rate compensation structure, allowing you to earn between $39 and $265 per unit cleaned, with an average of $93 per unit. Additionally, you will receive $24.5 per hour for paid training and non-post reservation cleans.
