Who you are

You are someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests. You have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the effort to ensure that every vacation home is sparkling clean and fully stocked. You understand the importance of attention to detail and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, which is essential for this role. You are ready to work in a seasonal position, with employment dates starting from December 1, 2025, through around April 1, 2026.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning vacation home properties, ensuring that guests arrive to a welcoming and pristine environment. Your tasks will include cleaning various areas of the homes, restocking supplies, and preparing the properties for incoming guests. You will work part-time, with your schedule varying based on the needs of the business, which may fluctuate from week to week. You will also participate in paid training and required meetings to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a piece rate compensation structure, ranging between $32 and $200 per unit cleaned, with an average of $95 per unit. You will also receive $18 per hour for paid training and non-post reservation cleans.
