What you'll do
As a Concierge at Vacasa, you will be the go-to person for fulfilling guest and owner requests through our approved vendor network. You will coordinate special events and maintain communication across all resort departments to ensure a smooth operation. Your role will involve ensuring that VIP and repeat guests receive personalized recognition and amenities, creating outstanding first impressions by maintaining the lobby and front entrance areas. You will handle and service all guestsβ and ownersβ needs, working closely with our approved vendor list to provide top-notch service. Your attention to detail will be crucial in coordinating in-room guest services and ensuring that every aspect of their stay is memorable.
