What you'll do
As a Concierge at Casa, you will serve as the go-to person for homeowners, assisting them with various home-related tasks. You will manage home service requests, coordinating repairs and scheduling appointments with vendors. Your role will involve sourcing quotes for services such as plumbing and electrical work, comparing vendor options, and providing homeowners with recommendations that include pricing and timelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with both homeowners and vendors, ensuring that all parties are informed and satisfied with the services provided.
