What you'll do

As a Delivery Manager at Valiantys, you will lead the delivery and project operations for client engagements in France. You will oversee the delivery process, ensuring that all aspects of project execution are aligned with client expectations and organizational standards. You will support Project Managers with staffing, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring that projects are adequately resourced and risks are mitigated. You will act as the main escalation point for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all projects. You will monitor client feedback and lead improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Your role will also involve partnering with sales teams to leverage your expertise in shaping and securing deals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
