What you'll do

As a Delivery Manager at Toptal, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client engagements, which includes managing talent, projects, and managed services. You will translate strategic direction from Delivery Directors into concrete delivery plans and actions, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve client reporting and margin protection, where you will monitor project financials closely to ensure profitability. Additionally, you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
