Who you are
You have a strong background in security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) β your experience allows you to effectively communicate complex compliance requirements to customers and help them navigate their security needs. You are comfortable working with executives and senior staff, establishing trust and credibility as you guide them through the onboarding process. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, is essential for representing Vantaβs Trust Management Platform effectively.
You understand the importance of continuous security monitoring and compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 β your expertise enables you to provide hands-on guidance during the implementation of GRC programs. You are passionate about helping businesses earn and prove trust, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on customer success.
What you'll do
As a Post-Sales GRC Subject Matter Expert at Vanta, you will partner with the Sales and Customer Success teams to represent Vantaβs Trust Management Platform to prospects and customers. You will facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring they understand how to leverage Vantaβs tools to meet their compliance needs. Engaging with executives and senior staff at customer organizations, you will establish strong relationships and provide tailored guidance to help them achieve their security goals.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to drive and implement new features based on customer feedback and industry trends. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you stay updated on the latest compliance standards and security practices. You will also contribute to the development of training materials and resources to support customers in their journey with Vanta.
