You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in customer-facing roles that allow you to understand and address client needs effectively. You are proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python, and you have a solid understanding of cloud services like AWS. Your ability to empathize with customer challenges enables you to translate technical capabilities into practical solutions that drive customer success.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Solution Architects and product engineering teams to bridge customer requirements with technical solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are adaptable and can move quickly from concept to solution, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.
What you'll do
As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Vanta, you will engage directly with customers to gather requirements and understand their unique challenges. You will extend Vanta’s product and platform to address these needs, ensuring successful adoption and integration. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to influence product direction based on customer insights, driving software delivery that aligns with client expectations.
