What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at TwelveLabs, you will partner with leading organizations to deploy our innovative video AI systems. Your role will involve converting early deployments into repeatable standards and practices, ensuring that our technology meets the high expectations of our clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to refine our core platform, enhancing its capabilities and performance. Your contributions will directly impact how our clients utilize video AI, driving user engagement and satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from deployments, using it to inform future iterations of our models and systems. This feedback loop is crucial for maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of our technology in a rapidly evolving landscape. You will engage in regular communication with clients, providing them with insights and support as they integrate our solutions into their workflows.
